iCloud storage full but won’t let me add storage

I have done it all!

i can’t receive email and such because my iCloud storage is full.

when I click on " upgrade " it just says " cannot connect "

my internet connection is strong, date and time are right, I’ve restarted my iPhone more times than I can count. I have sign out of my Apple ID and signed back in, I have reset all my network settings… and I still can’t upgrade my iCloud storage plan… I need help, I really need to receive emails and such, thank you.

Hi Marie_bahamas,

welcome to the Apple Community.

Wondering which iOS version is installed on your iPhone.

Seems iCloud requires iOS 15

System requirements for iCloud – Apple Support (AU)

Here's where to check where there are / are no outages stopping you from connecting

Apple - Support - System Status

Info. on connecting:

If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support

You might want to try upgrading to iCloud +

(iCloud+ is Apple’s premium cloud subscription service.)
