Using my new computer to communicate, can apple support tell me status of my old laptop which seems to be jammed when loading after turning on?
My old MAcpro seems to be jammed when turning on and line only moves 25 percent and no further even after one hour. Does this mean my OS system is corrupted? Using my new apple laptop, can I request apple support to check on my old computer from their side to see what the problem is?
