Apple TV

I have a 2006 Panasonic Plasma TV (Model No. TH-42PD60U). It has an HDMI port in the back of the TV.

Will Apple TV work on this older model TV?

Sure, you can connect an Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K unit to it and it will work fine. If you were referring to the Apple TV app, then no you will need a device like the Apple TV HD or Apple TV 4K to connect to your TV.
