iPad Pro 11 inch bent

I have an iPad Pro 11 inch. I've always used and transported it on Smart Folio, but even so it bent in the middle.

Unfortunately, after this problem, it no longer fits correctly in the smart folio. I took it to Apple Morumbi and they said that they could only exchange it upon payment, that is, I should buy another one. After researching I saw that Apple considers it normal for the iPad Pro to bend, I confess that I did not expect this from a company that proposes to be of quality like Apple.

I have never read that Apple considers it normal for an iPad to bend. While some of the first iPads had an issue, they have all been reinforced and research shows that it takes a great deal of pressure to get a device to bend as you have demonstrated. A bent iPad is considered user damage and that would be considered an out of warranty replacement and you would have to pay for that.

A slight bend is certainly possible in any device. But that is NOT a slight bend and it took some physical pressure to cause that much bend. You may not remember doing so, but you did. And that would not be covered under your warranty. I've personally owned a number of iPad's over the years, but have never bent one as your photo clearly demonstrates you did.
