iPhone 12 mobile data update failed

Hi Team,

i am using iPhone 12 and been upgrading it whenever update came. But for last two upgrades I.e. from 15.3 to 15.4 and from 15.4 to 15.4.1, I got error saying “Mobile data update failed”.

Both time I had to go to recovery mode and upgrade phone through iTunes.

Is there any ongoing issue or issue with these new iOS updates?
