Incoming call help needed

What setting do I need to change to view the phone number that’s calling me vs the city/state or “possible spam”? I use my phone for work a lot and don’t save all of the contacts but not being able to view the actual phone number trips me up.

All incoming calls display same CID # and location For the last month, every incoming call I receive on my iPhone 8 shows the same phone number/location (Wisconsin) on caller ID. My recent calls never show the number though. This makes it appear every incoming call is spam; I answer only if I’m expecting a call. I’ve tried rebooting multiple times and the problem never improved and certainly didn’t resolve. And yes, I know it’s an older model device but it worked just fine until now. The Apple store and my carrier were equally unhelpful as both pointed the finger at the other. I don’t care who’s at fault; I just want it fixed so don’t have to play a cell phone version Russian roulette.

Caller ID says Maybe Hi, Please, when I receive a call, from where Apple or my iPhone fetch the information to display '' Maybe'' with a name next to a phone number that I dont have in my contact list? Thank you!

Incoming caller ID Change Since the new IOS update, incoming calls all have a caller ID, mostly stating unknown caller rather than showing the phone number. I use my personal phone for work, and most of the numbers that call aren’t saved contacts, but I want to see the full phone number because often I recognize them. How do I turn this caller ID feature off?
