How to allow Google Chrome to access your camera

I found the answer. It was not in my system preferences. It is in Google Chrome SETTINGS then choose PRIVACY AND SECURITY on the left side of your computer screen. Proceed down the menu in the middle to PERMISSIONS ---> CAMERA. Here you can make your choices.
