Quick start is stuck on one minute - transferring accounts and data from an iPhone 11 to an Iphone 13 Pro

Just using quick start to move to a new iPhone 13 pro. The process has been stuck on one minute for ages - an hour or more - what should i do- wait longer or reset one of the phones? The new one seems to be working fine

From the Quick Start article referenced in the article linked above:

”Keep your devices near each other and plugged in to power until the data migration process is complete. Transfer times can vary based on factors such as network conditions and the amount of data being transferred.”
