What is com.apple.iconservices.store? I found it in my caches. Am wondering if it is malware as it asks for my password and will not delete.

It's a cache file for system icons. It is not malware. It is supposed to be there.
It can sometimes get corrupted and may need to be deleted. The system will rebuild it in a subsequent reboot.
