Hi Alexuniverse,
By checking out the MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021) - Technical Specifications page, you'll see that if you have the M1 Max model, your memory bandwidth is 400GB/s. The M1 Pro model would have 200GB/s.
Hope this helps.
Have a good day.

Hey Alexuniverse,
That's a great question.
If you'd like to check on more details of the memory for your MacBook Pro, please follow the steps in this article: Check if your Mac needs more RAM in Activity Monitor - Apple Support
Take care!
Alexuniverse,
No worries. The Tech Specs we provided earlier does mention "Memory Bandwidth". It's in the "Chip" section:
Apple M1 Pro chip
10-core CPU with 8 performance cores and 2 efficiency cores
16-core GPU
16-core Neural Engine
200GB/s memory bandwidth
Apple M1 Max chip
10-core CPU with 8 performance cores and 2 efficiency cores
32-core GPU
16-core Neural Engine
400GB/s memory bandwidth

Enjoy your day!
It's not just 'flipping a switch' that gets you 200 with the M1 Pro or 400 with the M1 Max. The hardware has physically different interfaces when accessing RAM memory.
this picture of the M1 Max die shows that there are FOUR memory access pathways, each 128 bits wide.
https://www.anandtech.com/show/17024/apple-m1-max-performance-review
The reviewer stated that the two adjacent 128-bit wide pathways on each die were use together to create a 256-bit wide pathway to the RAM on that side of the chip-carrier. Doubling the width doubles the speed.
Hi my friend , many thanks for your answer.
yes I have the M1Max. However it doesn’t list the memory bandwidth at all in the technical specs.
the other question is if it is M1 Max , is it 100% 400 memory bandwidth?
many thanks again 😊👍
Hi Clair,
many thanks for your reply.
I don’t know of we are talking about the safe thing. I am talking about bandwidth came with the new release of MacBook 2021 14 and 16 inch.
i need to see where is says 200 or 400 (Memory bandwidth)
i don’t know if I missed something here
but many Thanks for your help 😊
Many thanks my for all that my friend.
this in the technical specs on apple website.
my question is where do you see it when you look inside the specs of your MacBook, for example it will list the ram 32 gb, it will list the hard drive 1TB. But it doesn’t list the bandwidth memory and doesn’t show it if its 200/400 or any thing else 🤔
i really appreciate it if you could show me where does it list the (bandwidth memory) on my MacBook specs
many thanks again

This picture of the M1 Pro shows that fewer pathways to RAM memory are implemented on the die. This means the pathway to RAM is "only" 128 bits wide on the M1 Pro.:

That review also features this chart comparing original M1, M1 pro, and M1 Max graphics performance. we know now that M1 Ultra (available in the Mac Studio) will be twice the M1 max:
