ICloud.com view is not updating my files

I have 3 devices - 1. MacBook Pro - running Monterey. 2 iPad Air V4 running IOS 15.4.1 3 iPhone 12 running IOS 15.4.1.

My Files on each device using finder are all updating each other fine.

The iCloud.com on the Web is not updating. Was working fine until last week.

Had some stuck files that were in limbo.

Actions Compressed the 3 folders involved- Replaced them with modified Folder Names

Unzipped the archives to new folders.

Did Software updates on MacBook Pro

Did backups.

Now a week later changes I make in Files App 0n iPad or Phone or Mac - Update each device in their folders. The iCloud on Web does not update.

Looking for a way to update and force the Web to start sync.

So far email - calendar- contacts are all updating to devices and to iCloud Web.
