icloud shows that storage full but it's not

iCloud shows that there are nothing inside the storage, but at the same time it writes that I use 5 gb from 5gb. How to fix, please if someone knows? I tried to log out from icloud, turn off my iPhone, but nothing works.. Same show on icloud.com and mac
