problem with spolight's Mail in monterey (M1MaxPro)

Using spotlight on a Macbook Pro M1 Max on Monterey is totally failing with mail.

I've used every trick in the book to rebuild the spotlight database. But whether it's by manually copying the mail folder on the new Mac, by the migration system or by time machine, nothing helps. There're hundreds of results missing on the M1Max compared to a 2014 Macbook pro. My base is over 65 GB.

But how do I explain that on High Sierra, there is no problem, while on Monterey it is a disaster ?

I don't understand why Apple engineers haven't found a solution for several months. I'm throwing this message in the sea to find other users who have the same problems as me.

Try again rebuild the Spotlight index...

drag the Macintosh HD into the privacy pane... give it 3+ secs and delete it +/-

Rebuild the Spotlight index on your Mac - Apple Support

Unfortunately, I tried all possible solutions to rebuild the Spotlight index, with the terminal, with the interface, reboot without extension. I reinstalled twice the Mac from scratch, but nothing helps, the spotlight search remains catastrophic even in the finder.

I am forced to keep the hand remotely on a macbook pro 2014 under 10.13 which works normally.

I'm looking for people who have the same problem in order to show Apple that it must correct this problem that makes this M1 not very usable in everyday life as the search is essential when you have a lot of documents of mails.

Thank you.

Attached, two captures on a search of the same term in spotlight. We see the difference of result between the old Mac and the new one.
