Unknown Device Connected to my Bluetooth

I just recently noticed on my iPhone 12, there is a device in (My Devices) connected to my Bluetooth I do not recognize and it says connected. And there is no (i) information icon for me to disconnect it. I’ve tried restarting iPhone but it didn’t remove it. I’ve turned my Bluetooth off then on again and that didn’t work. When I first go on my Bluetooth in settings, to connect to my speaker to listen to music and connect to my Govee Home app which is my strip lights app, the unknown device is not there at all. But when I go back to the Bluetooth in settings, it’s there. How do I get rid of the unknown device all together? I’m worried that someone can tap into whatever I’m doing on my phone. Cause I’ve also noticed that my Bluetooth keeps cutting out knocking out my connected speaker and Govee lights. Hope someone has an answer that can help me resolve this issue. Attached is the device in question THANK YOU!!!
