AMC+ on Apple TV

I have an Apple TV subscription, not not the Apple TV hardware. (We watch on a laptop) Should this enable me to access AMC+?

MacBook Air (2020 or later)

No. They are separate services and subscriptions. You can subscribe to the AMC+ channel inside the Apple TV app to get access to the AMC+ service and content.
