It’s not about whether Apple developers will support Android emulators, it’s about whether Android emulator developers will support MacOS in all its versions.

The age of the emulator doesn't have any bearing on the problem. I do not know any "apple insiders". I do know that this is not Apple's product and Apple isn't, and can't, do anything to support it.

This is a users forum. No one here can answer questions about Apple's plans.
So where do I go with this?
Check with the developers of those emulators to determine if/when they will provide an M1 compatible version.
I've been doing that since 2 years ago. but until now it has not become an application. do you know an apple insider who handles third party apple apps?
that emulator dev already support monterey. the real problem is NOT SUPPORT ARM (architecture M1).

Then the issue lies with that developer.
Android is not Apple’s product. It is Apple’s biggest competitor.

No one at Apple can help you with this. It's not Apple's problem.
3rd party app developers are responsible for updating their applications, not Apple.
