App disappears from the share sheet list on the second attempt to open the share menu. Noticed that it happens only on iOS >=15.0 and to URLs with query params.
Apps like `Instagram` and `Reminders` (iOS native app) don't show in the share sheet menu and even in the entire share list.

The current iOS available at this time is iOS 15.4.1, does the issue occur when fully updated? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
With third-party apps check for app updates as well: How to manually update apps on your Apple device
If the issue continues, test force closing the app and a normal restart of your device.

I've upgraded the iOS to the latest version 15.4.1 and tried force closing the app and then doing a normal restart of the device.
Unfortunately, this issue is still reproducible.
I'll try to contact Apple Support then.
