sleep stages not tracking

Have turned phone and watch off and on a few times, but sleep data is not tracking from watch

Do you have a sleep schedule set up in the Sleep app? That is one of the requirements to receive sleep data:

Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone - Apple Support


We also recommend checking to make sure you have Wrist Detection enabled in the Watch app on your iPhone by going to Passcode > Wrist Detection.


If those settings are correct, the next step is to reach out to Apple Support directly for a closer look: Contact - Official Apple Support
