iPhone is taking forever to charge after iOS 15.4.1 update

It is taking forever to charge my IPhone 11 iOS 15.4.1 since the last last update. I shut it completely down at and charge for 6 hours only gets to a little over 50%.

I feel there is something wrong and we should not have to pay to have fixed.

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...
