How can I restore my ipad or fix it, it is stuck on the logo screen

How can I restore my ipad or fix it, it is stuck on the logo screen

Would this be the Apple logo on a plain white or black background - or something else?
Connect your iPad to its Power Adapter and allow the iPad to charge, undisturbed, for at least an hour. While still connected to external power, try a forced-restart:
