Gmail senders fields are scrambled

Hello,

Internally, multiple users are complaining with an issue that recently appeared: some fields are scrambled in iOS and macOS native Mail application.

However, the same mail tested with Thunderbird for Mac or native GMail app works correctly.

Setup tested:

iOS Mail with Google integration: failure
iOS Mail with IMAP : failure
Mac Mail with Google integration: failure
Mac Thunderbird with IMAP: success
iOS GMail native app: success

On IOS -> Official Gmail APP : No Problem

On IOS -> Default Mail APP : Problem with characters appear

We understand that macOS and iOS Mail apps don't display characters correctly since you've updated.

Do you have any profiles installed on your devices? If so, do you experience the same behavior when you remove the profiles?

Hello,

Thanks for your answer, I've check with my colleagues, and it seems that the problem came from a security rule on our Google Admin configuration.
