USB C Displays Go Black After Time

I have 4 displays coming out of our Mac Studio. The HDMI port goes directly to a LG Display, the other displays are converted to HDMI via an Anker USB-C to HDMI dongle. I had no problems with the LG Display. But the other 3 USB C Displays randomly went black. They would work perfectly fine for about 3-45 minutes at some point they would go black. Not even all at once, but randomly. Is this an issue that is well known? The Computer was being used when they went black. So it wasn't like it was idle and went into sleep mode.

The only way to reconnect the display was to restart the computer.

I had same problem with a a type c to Displayport adapter I got from Amazon. It worked for a while and stopped. I got an Apple Thunderbolt ¾ to MDH and have not had any problem.

I just bought three of those to test out tomorrow. I'll report back with my findings.
