is OK to use startech docking station tb3dk2dppd to charge macbook pro M1? will it have negative impact on Battery Life?

I bought this startech tb3dk2dppd docking station and per it's specs it charges the laptop using the TB 4 port and i want to understand and ensure that this is OK , so my questions

1- is it OK to use this docking station?

2- will it cause any problem to battery charging ? will it impact Battery life?

3- i can connect the USB-C cable to any port in my macbook pro? seems like all of them are TB 4 and any can be used, but i want to confirm this is true
