I have a Mac Book Air. I continually get a "no room left on the device" error while using safari on a daily basis. I clear all the cookies and website data every time it happens, and some days I have to do this multiple times. What else can I do to fix this?
My MacBook Air is updated as well.

Corrupt Install:
Safari is corrupt (and perhaps much of your macOS).
So, Reinstall the macOS:
Nothing would be deleted. It's just that items that have become corrupted or deleted, would be replaced or reinstalled back to where they should be. Go Here: How to Reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple Support. Important: Be certain to create a backup of your Mac prior to all of this. That way, you can have something to restore from the Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall.

I have 445GB left out of 500 so I don't think that would be the issue...?

Single-Out Safari:
What happens when you use another Web browser? Do you no longer get this issue? Try using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, and report back the results.
You're only using 15GB? Are you sure? Where are you getting that number?
That's how much empty storage I have on my MB. I just got in in August of last year, so even with school, I've only used 15gb.

Are you sure you're looking at the total? Just my Applications, Library and System take up 28GB....
Yeo. It says the total system is using 15.75gb. That includes 9.75gb of applications.
