Scroll up for control center on my Apple Watch is not working. How do I reactivate?

Force restart your watch by pressing both the side button and Digital Crown button at the same time until the apple logo appears, then release.

Apple Watch Ultra: workout app weird bug - cannot set upper limit for pace range When trying to select a pace range in the Workout app in the Apple Watch Ultra, it only allows me to do so in the "Lower limit". When I select "Upper Limit", the options are blank. The curious thing is that this worked before, but now it is stuck like that. I have tried rebooting the watch, removing the pace range, trying to create a different, custom workout but nothing works. I did not try unpair/resetting the watch given the hassle of redownloading music etc. - any ideas?
