Please help!!!! I've done all steps to deactivate this app and my subscription has expired. It won't stop blocking my unknown calls. I need it gone!!!! Help!!!

Are you sure it is blocking them? Go to Settings > Phone and see if Silence Unknown Calls is turned on.
