iCloud.com - There was a problem loading the content of this folder.

All the previous threads have gone unanswered despite many hundreds of people having the same problem. I can view my iCloud files in Finder and on all my iOS devices, but I can't view them in the browser on iCloud.com.

I get the error "There was a problem loading the content of this folder. Try opening the folder again later."

I've waited until "later" many times to no avail. I can view Mail and Calendar, but Reminders, Notes and Files don't load EVER. There is clearly a problem here, with one thread showing over 600 people having the same problem, yet no solutions are readily available.
