HELP! Can’t hear phone calls.

Anytime I make or receive a call, the other person can hear what I’m saying but I can barely hear them. I’m having to put them on speaker or use AirPods to hear phone calls. There appears to be nothing else wrong with the phone. I’ve tried adjusting volume, and every other solution that I’ve found on Google. Any help would be appreciated :)

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
