My passwords do not sync between devices. One of the ways I’ve found to correct the issue is to disable iCloud Keychain. When I try and do this I see a warning that key chain will be turned off across all my devices. This is what I want. When I continue keychain is still active.

The posted link was not helpful. It merely tells me where keychain is on my devices. I know where it is on my devices. When I try and turn keychain off on my devices it comes back on without my input. iCloud will auto fill passwords on my phone but they are old and incorrect.

For what reason you are trying to turn off keychain when devices are signed in with same Apple ID and password on the same network .
If passwords are old and incorrect let them be saved in iCloud .
If you change Apple ID or password from one device Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support it has to be updated on the other What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support so that the same password is matched .
The iCloud Keychain might be showing some pop ups , what is the status , is keychain box turned off in Mac / other devices ,
You can export passwords from safari preferences in Mac , to another Mac Copy keychains to another Mac - Apple Support
Hi. I am also not able to turn off keychain on my iPhone but I was able to get it turned off on my MAC after much work. I am turning it off because I am going to use LastPass instead of keychain.
I’ve even signed out of my Apple ID and back in. Please advise on how to get it disabled.
No change. Passwords still don’t update across devices. Still not able to disable keychain.
