Ok so basically I just bought 200 G of storage on the iPhone storage thing in setting it says only like 30 of it is being used but on my camera it says storage full not now or manage and when I click on manage on it. It shows me the old amount of storage I had wut the heck

If your camera app is saying storage is full it is referring to the amount of free space on your iPhone, not in iCloud. Go to Settings > iPhone Storage and see how much free space you have. You cannot add storage to your iPhone.
