Bluetooth issue in m1 MacBook Air

I'm experiencing cracking, muting, and skipping of tracks when using bluetooth headphones in m1 MacBook Air. I don't know whether this is a MacOS Monterey issue or is it a m1 issue.

I tried various types of headphones, earbuds almost all of them had this issue.

Anyone out there having the same issue?

Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.3

Reset the Bluetooth Module:

Apple did away with the feature in Monterey. So, recommend they bring this back, as I mentioned in the second comment of my User Tip: Use "Reset the Bluetooth module" to Fix Constant Bluetooth Disconnections - User Tip
