Inverted ECG on Apple Watch

On my current Apple Watch (Series 7)& my previous (Series 5), the ECG Graph was not inverted for myself or several other friends that I had try out the ECG function. I had the watch orientation set to “left wrist” on every person& made sure every person tested on the left wrist. The graph always read like a normal ECG or with the “Q” interval towards the top (going up). The only exception was with one of my friends. On both series the graph was inverted (“Q” interval downward or pointing to the bottom). Like I said the watch orientation was always set to “left wrist” &the test was always down on the left wrist. Why would just one persons results have an inverted graph?

It’s not my friend that is having an issue with his watch, it’s my watch that Iv’e allowed several friends to try out the different functions. The one friend in particular had inverted graph readings on both of my watches (Series 5 & 7) every time. My phone, watch, computer, are all updated to the most current versions. We did multiple tests, they were all inverted. He was not moving, with his left arm on a flat surface. We tried placing both his right index &his right middle finger on the crown. The watch was flush against his wrist, moved upwards just enough so that the bottom of the watch was snug, not too snug, against the top of his wrist. The test was taken in the same manner as all of my other friends. I tried to be as specific &detailed as I could so as to not get a ridiculous response, again.
