iPhone shortcuts auto reply for phone calls

I’m not sure if it’s currently possible or if I can’t figure it out but does anyone know how to setup an automation that would send a message to someone when you finish a call with them. For example you’re having a phone call with your girlfriend or wife and when you hang up the phone, it will automatically send them a message of whatever you want. I’m not talking about auto replies when declining phone calls.
