iPhone is locked after a down fall. Pls help with a solution

Hi, my husband’s iPhone is locked and it is asking for an updation of mobile data for network and to receive or dial for calls. The phone fell down by mistake and the Lock Screen is not shown while I try to swipe upwards. The pop up msg shows that mobile data is needed to update and to access for calls and messages. However the phone is picking up any network after the fall. Pls help with a solution. Thank you.

It looks like a hardware (screen? other internal component bad contact?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.

I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
