My boyfriend's phone rear camera zoom isn't working and the flashlight, however upon checking it with switch service center it was stated that it is for whole replacement. They said they found dents, but it upon surrendering our phone, there is no physical damage on our phone. So they want us to pay 30,000.00php for the replacement of the unit

We have contract that they did not see any dents on the item. However after 3days, they said that it has minimal dents. It's unfair that our warranty is void due to their mishandling. Where can I report it?
