disconnect and disapear from watch app

i buy new apple watch SE. i have problem with contecting. I pair my apple watch with iphone and everything works normal. When i turn off and turn on my iphone i can't connect agains. in watch app i don't see my applewatch and my watch is disconect

iPhone 7, iOS 14

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.

Then go here;

Set up and pair Apple Watch
