I’m still cannot open the wallet apple and i can’t completed puchasing

the screen has a bug when i'm in payment mode, so when that happens i have to force power off the device.. whereas when i'm not browsing any payments, it doesn't crash/bug/hang. i'm using iphone x, this problem happened after i update from 14 to 15. Please help.
