Many applications open as if the first time opening

I am on version 10.15.7. My company has a lot of SentinelOne and Jampf software installed if that is anything.

Recently many of my applications start as if I have never used them before. Very noticeable ones are:

Outlook, Zoom, Axure. I have to recreate or sign-in to accounts and all the little user help pop-ups start all over again. Some applications seem to not show any Recent files. The ones seemingly not affected are any Adobe products.

I have restarted, cleared PRAM, thrown out some Outlook prefs (when thought is was just Outlook). Looked for help and that seems to direct users to remove a 'com.apple.recentitems.plist'; but that does seem to exist in this OS version.

Hello mranthony62,

We would recommend that you start up the system in what is called safe mode. This will help isolate this issue. Starting in safe mode forces the computer to run some disk checks similar to First Aid. This can resolve some issues.

To start in safe mode, begin with the computer powered off. Follow the directions found here, depending on what type of Mac you have: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

The computer will take longer to start in safe mode, and the screen may have some distorted video as it starts up. This is normal.

Once running, go ahead and restart the computer normally and test to see if the issue continues. You may see it happen one more time for each program. After that, everything should work normally.
