2013 iMac Freezes, Shuts Down, Won't Process

Hello Community,

I have a late 2013 27" iMac that consistently freezes and shuts down even when uses only one Application. I have completed restart in Recovery Mode, ran First Aid on all Volumes and Containers, and erased and reinstalled the HD all to no avail. Question: will replacing the HD solve the problem and bring back this baby back to life or, are there other repairs I should consider?

I have completed all of the following:

▷ Update macOS.

▷ Try Safe Mode.

▷ Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.

Thank you.
