HELP

hi

I recently just got an iPhone like a week ago and today i faced and still am facing this problem. when I first opened it today I went to check my friends WhatsApp status and it kept telling me that I don't have an internet connection. I then went on tiktok and was watching normally even tho when I entered appstore and safari they were unable to connect to the internet while I clearly have a good stable wifi connection since tiktok and other devices are able to connect and work properly. why? and how can I fix this problem?

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *


Try a forced restart. See the section towards the end of the article.


Reset Device. -
