Battery authentication
I bought my phone Jan of 2021, directly from my phone carrier, new in box.
I have been able to monitor the battery health, and never got any warning messages, for the past 15 months.
But, with the most recent software update, I am now getting error messages that my battery cannot be authenticated, and my phone is shutting off randomly.
Why would this suddenly be an issue? How can I get this corrected?
Last month my battery was just fine (was checking its health, because my partner got a new phone, but I didn't think I needed one). Now it's a problem?
