madelinewiz I had same problem. So called Apple Care and they set the appointment for me! 800-APLCARE

We are all other users and cannot make appointments. If you are referring to the genius bar, they take care of hardware problems.

You need todo this yourself. You can start by clicking on the get support link in the upper right corner of this page. Explain your hardware problem and you should get an option for a genius bar appointment.
