iCloud Payment issue
Since the past 2 months my iCloud isn’t accepting payment I had subscription of the 200GB package and each month the amount was deducted from my card with ease.
since the 2 months my subscription got cancelled to basic 5GB and nothing is getting backed up. I put some moment in my Apple ID directly from my card and yet the payment is still not being charged to ICloud. I have tried multiple cards on but nothing is working.
im scared for my data since it’s not being backed up.
I click on Back up Failed it takes to the below screen attached and that’s it.
please help me.
