I want my old account back

I have a old ipad and a have a game on that with a super good acc and i want that acc back on my iphone but ithat ipad is to old and cant update that game that means i cant link that acc inside the game themself and i need a other way to get that acc back pls help if you wanna know what game it calls jurassic park game
