Siri Shortcuts for nighttime charging?

I'm not sure if this is even possible but is there a way to set up an automated shortcut where, after a certain time and when I connect my phone to power, my phone will automatically change my focus status and run an associated automation?

Basically, I want to have it so when I put my phone on my charger at night (like anytime after 9pm), the phone will automatically change to the Sleep focus and run one of the shortcuts that plays music from my HomePod, all without any input from me. Is this possible to do with how Shortcuts works now?
