my iphone 12 pro max blocked microphone on all apps

I had a problem with my iPhone 12 promax I thought I did something with the settings or something too may have accidentally blocked but it blocked all my microphone capabilities on every app so I had fix my problem by going to screen time and going down to content and privacy settings and it allows you to block an unblock from all apps from using your microphone or camera and it'll do it from every app that has microphone settings. so if nothing else works and your phone is still blocked from using your microphone on Snapchat or messenger then that's what you need to do go to your screen time go down to contact and privacy settings to solve your problem I've tried everything else I tried allowing microphone in the privacy settings and that didn't work.
