iPhone hacked & locked via text message?

Received a text message notification this morning. First pic is a still shot of what the screen looks like. It actually writes “hello” in several different languages,” & tells me to swipe up to open. I haven’t, but I did hit the information button (if hack wasn’t already in play, that probably did it), & the second still shot is what came up?

Anyone seen this? Have I been hacked? What do I do to unlock it!!!

This screen comes when you update to a new IOS software. you are not hacked! Swipe up and put in your password. This message is set by Apple to greet you after you update to a new version.
