I did not receive a return label with my trade-in box, whole new box has to be sent, not just a label. Fairly common problem I hear?

Maddening: can't remove the green "Solved" icon. This is "Not Solved". Thanks for the help, but no, it's not. I had read that and tried carefully. The label comes off easily and there's nothing underneath.

The return label is underneath the shipping label - you need to very carefully pull that off. It'snot a problem - just the way Apple has decided to do it
My return label was on the underside of the shipping label. Usually, shipping labels do not come off easily (or they'd get lost easily during shipment), so check again.
