Account disabled
I can not but extra storage or update apps and it continues to say my account is disabled. Please help. I updated my password already.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", contact Apple Support for help.
Or update your payment information.
👉 Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
Or -> Change, add or remove Apple ID payment methods

I have literally updated my payment and info everywhere. I did your suggested fix and still not working. I don’t think it is my settings that is the problem. It won’t update my phone or add storage to but but I have all things on my end correct.
I have done that and it still says my account is disabled
I tried to contact Apple and they wanted to verify my Apple Card. I don’t have one. I just need to update my apps and buys storage. This doesn't seem like it should be difficult.
