Recently my apple watch series 3 running latest is stopped notifying me of my rings closing. I have restarted my phone and the watch. I have turned on the notifications and turned them off and back on again. I turned on the coaching alerts and they are working for the app has permission for notification. Really at a loss for why. Wondering if anyone else was experiencing these issues.

If that doesn't help, the next steps would be to unpair and pair your watch again and restore from the backup just created. This should result in no loss of data. It deletes all temp and corrupted files and re-indexes the file system.
